AUSTIN did a wonderful assessment of the hornets nest and suggested to inject the nest and come back in a week to take it down. Very friendly , knowledgeable and polite. I would rate him a 20 out of 10Unlike Rick Wycoff service manager who did the initial inspection for my mortgage company and put the info about the hornets nest in his report but NEVER said anything to me. Now my mortgage company is holding up my money till it is taken care of!!!!I am very upset with him about his lack of being honest. I would rate him a 2 out of 10.I also like ERIC who did my first treatment of spraying the house and getting up bait stations, he was also very helpful, friendly and polite. Reasonable prices, responses are timely and professional. We live in the middle of nowhere so we had issues with mice and had an awful amount of carpenter bees and other bees that were just ruining everything. They come out every month to treat for bees and mosquitoes and we have no more issues! All around great services! Thank you Josh for your amazing services!! Definitely recommend to everyone.

Michael went up & beyond the call of duty! Getting rid of a yellow jacket nest with thousands! I hadn’t a clue it went in the ground! He did get stung in the process 😩 but he finished the job!! Seitz responded to my need for immediate service by sending a technician within hours of my call. The technician, Austin, was extremely personable , knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He went out of his way to deal with my immediate hornet nest issue, and then also dedicated much extra time to help treat a secondary pest situation. He also took the time to help brainstorm solutions for an ongoing, perplexing and frustrating phorid fly condition, and even offered to do further research that might shed light on the source of the problem. He could not have been more helpful and cooperative! I highly recommend both Seitz and Austin for their uncommon professionalism and reliability.

I originally called Seitz Brothers for some assistance taking on a nest of bees inside my house wall. Josh was the Tech that was assigned to my case. He worked for quite some time to make sure that we got as many as we could and assured me that if there were anymore problems to let him know and it would be taken care of. Jessica is THE best technician I have ever had perform exterminator services. (Unfortunately I’ve had quite a few over the years as I live in a row home in not the best neighborhood.)She is friendly, professional and is as thorough as she is efficient. She always comes to my apartment with everything that she knows I require: the bait trays, pesticide spray and a growth inhibitor. We chat as she works around my home, focusing on the spots that are problem areas in addition to the rest of the apartment. Had some exclusion work done with Seitz and was very happy with the service. The guy I worked with, Dave D, was great to work with. It’s very refreshing to have someone extremely down to earth to talk to about destructive chipmunks about instead of a guy just trying shady salesmen stuff like the last couple of companies I talked to about it with. I have some respect for that and will be looking into some of their other services now. Try to ask for Dave if you call, he knows his stuff! Can’t recomend him enough.

I haven't had a single issue with mice or ants/bugs since the first week Seitz Brothers started coming to my home years ago.They come once a month like clock work stay just a short time then leave. As a result no issues at all! I also want to say the monthly cost is definitely a fair price. These days with costs going up so much every where Seitz has stayed very close to the same that is a huge plus to me. One last thing every one I've ever spoken to whether its the person at my house or the helpful women in the office they are all extremely nice.

The monthly billing with the every three months auto schedule the appointment for the technician to come out, I've never had any issues with. The tech even calls to remind me that they are coming out. The tech is always professional, courteous, always reminds me to keep the dogs inside for a couple of hours after they spray, takes time to explain any questions I have, always just a pleasant experience!

We had a Yellow Jacket infestation that penetrated inside the kitchen ceiling. Nevertheless the first thing we did was call Seitz Brothers. The technologists were polite and friendly. They came to do their job. After the problem was eliminated I now know, I will not call any one else but Seitz Brothers.

We had a yellow jacket hive in our ceiling - they made their way in through the soffit. We noticed the bees flying in and out and could hear the bees in the ceiling after a rain storm. Seitz Bros came out same day (we use their annual service) and sprayed. We waited 10 days and saw no residual activity. Opened the ceiling and everything was dead. We will definitely be continuing service with Seitz Bros.

We moved into a home in the woods, in wintertime to fi d out we were not alone!! We had a mouse (eeek!) problem that Seitz Bros. was able to help with right away. They sent out their most knowledgeable and professional service team member, Charlie. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do inside and outside of the home to help prevent the mice from joining us for dinner. Having children at home, I was concerned about the safety of the products, but Charlie took the time to show me how the products were going to work, where the problem areas were in my home and how he would keep those pests away for good (the rodents, not the children :). They did a fast and effective job and I would recommend Seitz Bros. to anyone in the area. They now visit my home quarterly for scheduled preventive maintenance and to identify any potential issues. I called for yellow jackets in summer. They built a nest by the house (surprise). After calling this company and talking to Mike Kemp (if I spelled correctly) I also showed a couple of other mud wasp nests to him and a spot where he also found a wasp nest. They were all gone after Mike took care of them and none of them came back again. I will call the same company for other projects soon. They are reliable, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I am so happy with Seitz bros esp rick. For a few years i felt like everyone thought i was crazy. I was the only one with a rash or knew we had some kind of pest. Even my doctors said i had a picking disorder. I stopped by and told rick my story. He was the only person in 3 years that listened and calmly told me it sounded like carpet beetles and told me what to look for. He said we could set up a day for someone to come out and see what was going on. I finally got my bf to agree to call. A year later and rick still remembered me. He came out himself and told us we did have beetles and explained everything! When he came to do the house he was professional and knew his stuff. Rick not only is helping to keep the pest away but he help me feel like a normal peraon again. It sounds corny but i do believe he saved my life because i was near my wits end! The prices are the best around too!!

I have the regular bug & pest service and flea & mosquito. The office always lets me know when to expect my technician and Kyle is always here when he's supposed to be. He's very conscientious about checking my traps and making sure I'm not having any pest problems he might otherwise not be aware of. And, he remembers where to spray and where not to (edible plants). I was really pleased to discover that Kyle remembered the pattern from last year without being reminded. I've been with Seitz Brothers for about seven years now and I've never had a complaint.

I've never had any problems with Seitz. I had them in the 90's for termites. One treatment did it. I have a contract with them now for rats and carpenter ants. They come in-between scheduled visits free of charge if I'm still seeing rats or ants. They have never been late. I would highly recommend them.
