We were having severe issues with ants in kitchen and they were on the move to other parts of house. Roger was able to make appt in short time and got rid of our problem the first time!! Super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and was very thorough.... it's so nice to not see these teeny pests in my kitchen!!

He took the time to address my concerns even though it was after hours. He was very patient and took the time to explain my service to me. The service Seitz provided eliminated the seasonal pests. It provided a better solution that lasted a reasonable time frame, where as the service provider by the former company did not last for the duration of the seasonal pest.

When I bought my home it had termites. The owners chose another company to treat the property but the termites came back a few years later. I then called Seitz and it’s been about 20 years since they treated my property and we have not had any termite problems since. The technicians are always professional and friendly. Highly recommend Seitz

I haven't had a single issue with mice or ants/bugs since the first week Seitz Brothers started coming to my home years ago.They come once a month like clock work stay just a short time then leave. As a result no issues at all! I also want to say the monthly cost is definitely a fair price. These days with costs going up so much every where Seitz has stayed very close to the same that is a huge plus to me. One last thing every one I've ever spoken to whether its the person at my house or the helpful women in the office they are all extremely nice.

The monthly billing with the every three months auto schedule the appointment for the technician to come out, I've never had any issues with. The tech even calls to remind me that they are coming out. The tech is always professional, courteous, always reminds me to keep the dogs inside for a couple of hours after they spray, takes time to explain any questions I have, always just a pleasant experience!

We had a Yellow Jacket infestation that penetrated inside the kitchen ceiling. Nevertheless the first thing we did was call Seitz Brothers. The technologists were polite and friendly. They came to do their job. After the problem was eliminated I now know, I will not call any one else but Seitz Brothers.

We had a yellow jacket hive in our ceiling - they made their way in through the soffit. We noticed the bees flying in and out and could hear the bees in the ceiling after a rain storm. Seitz Bros came out same day (we use their annual service) and sprayed. We waited 10 days and saw no residual activity. Opened the ceiling and everything was dead. We will definitely be continuing service with Seitz Bros.

We have used them for bug and pest control and they have successfully fixed our problem. Now we use them for biannual spraying to keep bugs at bay. It's a great deal because they will come out to take care of other issues such as bee hives, etc. when needed. Highly recommend.

Since beginning to use Seitz we have not had any critter problems. We usually get stink bugs, lady bugs & bees. I have not seen 1 since we started this contract. In addition, if I were to ever need Seitz to come out they've been fast to respond.

Called in Seitz and watched the bodies hit the floor immediately.They also explained their yearly protection plan, and weren't pushy about it AT ALL. It works great for me, but your circumstances may vary.All in all, I definitely recommend.

I have their quarterly service. The do a great job. If I see any ants or spiders or anything I don't want near or in my home at any time. If it between service appointments I don't pay extra it's included in my service package. It's wonderful, to keep bugs at bay without harming pets or people.

The #1 reason for my satisfaction with Seitz Bros. is our pest control technician Jessica Kernodle. She is super professional, knowledgeable, and polite. During our service visits, Jessica is very thorough, gives me a detailed account of what areas were covered, and answers any questions I have to my complete satisfaction. Jessica truly makes me feel like a valued customer whenever she is here for a scheduled service. She also gave me a business card with her cell number in case I have a pest issue after normal business hours.. Jessica's 'above and beyond' commitment to her job is the reason I am a very satisfied customer of Seitz Bros.. We moved into a home in the woods, in wintertime to fi d out we were not alone!! We had a mouse (eeek!) problem that Seitz Bros. was able to help with right away. They sent out their most knowledgeable and professional service team member, Charlie. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do inside and outside of the home to help prevent the mice from joining us for dinner. Having children at home, I was concerned about the safety of the products, but Charlie took the time to show me how the products were going to work, where the problem areas were in my home and how he would keep those pests away for good (the rodents, not the children :). They did a fast and effective job and I would recommend Seitz Bros. to anyone in the area. They now visit my home quarterly for scheduled preventive maintenance and to identify any potential issues. I called for yellow jackets in summer. They built a nest by the house (surprise). After calling this company and talking to Mike Kemp (if I spelled correctly) I also showed a couple of other mud wasp nests to him and a spot where he also found a wasp nest. They were all gone after Mike took care of them and none of them came back again. I will call the same company for other projects soon. They are reliable, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I am so happy with Seitz bros esp rick. For a few years i felt like everyone thought i was crazy. I was the only one with a rash or knew we had some kind of pest. Even my doctors said i had a picking disorder. I stopped by and told rick my story. He was the only person in 3 years that listened and calmly told me it sounded like carpet beetles and told me what to look for. He said we could set up a day for someone to come out and see what was going on. I finally got my bf to agree to call. A year later and rick still remembered me. He came out himself and told us we did have beetles and explained everything! When he came to do the house he was professional and knew his stuff. Rick not only is helping to keep the pest away but he help me feel like a normal peraon again. It sounds corny but i do believe he saved my life because i was near my wits end! The prices are the best around too!!

I have the regular bug & pest service and flea & mosquito. The office always lets me know when to expect my technician and Kyle is always here when he's supposed to be. He's very conscientious about checking my traps and making sure I'm not having any pest problems he might otherwise not be aware of. And, he remembers where to spray and where not to (edible plants). I was really pleased to discover that Kyle remembered the pattern from last year without being reminded. I've been with Seitz Brothers for about seven years now and I've never had a complaint.

Seitz Brothers are true professionals! I got a free estimate that was very reasonable and hired them for a year’s contract. The service has been outstanding! The ants and crawling critters are all gone! Before I called Seitz I contacted a national company and the price for one visit was more than the four visit contract with Seitz. I rarely write reviews but my whole experience with Seitz has been outstanding!

I've never had any problems with Seitz. I had them in the 90's for termites. One treatment did it. I have a contract with them now for rats and carpenter ants. They come in-between scheduled visits free of charge if I'm still seeing rats or ants. They have never been late. I would highly recommend them.
