Seitz Drainage System Installation Process

1. Excavation
First, we break through the concrete in the repair areas and remove any debris. The breakout is no wider than 6”–8” in most cases. We then dig down to the footer.
2. Drilling
Next, we’ll drill weep holes in block walls as needed. This allows water that enters the voids in the bricks to drain into the Seitz Drainage System.
3. Installing The Seitz Drainage System
Next, we install the Seitz Drainage System.
4. Installing the Pump or Gravity Drain
Your Seitz Bros. technician will then install the pump. The pump lid fits flush with the floor. We also recommend a battery backup system.
5. Replace Concrete
Upon completion of installing the Seitz Drainage System, the concrete is replaced. Then, we’ll tidy up.
Seitz Drainage System installations will take from as little as 1 day to several days depending on the scope of the project. But lasts a lifetime.
